MANILA, Philippines -- "Pinoy Big Brother" grand winner Ejay Falcon has a word of advice for the current batch of teen housemates inside the famous yellow house.

The "PBB" alumnus said the remaining as well as the evicted housemates should remain steadfast in resisting temptations that surround them.

"Maging totoo lang sila at ‘wag isiping may mga cameras sa loob at manalangin sa Panginoon. Advice ko sa kanila na maging matatag sila, lalo na paglabas ng PBB house kasi mas marami silang makikilala," Falcon said.

"Mahaharap din sila sa tukso sa paligid, pero kailangan maging matatag at huwag magmadali sa lahat ng bagay," he added.

Falcon in 2008 was declared the "Big Winner" of the second teen edition of "PBB." He has since starred in various television programs, including the primetime soap "Guns and Roses," and is currently starring in the afternoon drama "Mundo Man ay Magunaw."

Unlike his batch -- which also included TV host Robi Domingo and commercial model Valerie Weignmann -- the current "PBB" teens have become notorious for their rash behavior when it comes to "love."

'PBB Teens'

Among the show's followers, "PBB Teens" as a phrase has become a slang term used interchangeably with the noun and verb form of "flirt" and its informal Filipino translation "landi." It has also been used on social networking sites to describe someone who is flirtatious.

The coinage was propagated by host-comedian Vice Ganda, when he would use the expression in his weekend talk show "Gandang Gabi, Vice" and noontime variety program "It's Showtime."

Despite the current housemates gathering notoriety for being "PBB Teens," Falcon said simply being a housemate has the potential to change lives.

"Nabago ‘yung buhay ko mula nu’n kasi mas nakakatulong na ako sa pamilya ko at sa ibang tao ngayon," Falcon said, who is now among the ranks of prized Kapamilya actors.

He said he is grateful for the opportunities that have come his way since graduating from the "Big Brother" house.

"Syempre, kapag mahal mo ang isang bagay, trabaho man o tao, paglalaanan mo ng panahon. Ako, mahal ko ang pag-arte kaya mas nag-aaral po akong mabuti para pagbutihan siya lalo. Thankful po ako sa magaganda at challenging roles na pinagkakatiwala ng network sa akin kaya inspirado rin po ako. Mahalaga po ang makinig sa director para mag-improve," Falcon said.
