MANILA – Jericho “Echo” Rosales is not affected even if Heart Evangelista, his former girlfriend, begins dating other guys.

“Hindi ko naman mapipigilan ang mga pangyayari, di ba? Hindi ko rin sinasabi na gusto kong pigilan, pero, for me, I wish her all the best,” Rosales told “SNN: Showbiz News Ngayon.”  

Speculation is swirling that Evangelista is dating actor Dennis Trillo. This, however, was denied by Trillo and his manager, Popoy Caritativo. The issue surfaced following Echo’s admission that he and the actress went out to watch a movie together.

Rosales maintained that he is not jealous. “Ako din maraming beses na din akong lumabas pero hindi iyong talagang date.”

“Hindi ko naman itatago ang feelings ko para kay Heart. Heart will always be Heart in my heart,” he added.

Rosales and Evangelista broke up early last year after three years of being together. Rumor had it that American actress Brianna Evigan, whom Echo worked with in "I Luv U Virus," a Hollywood flick, and Malaysian actress Carmen Soo, a former co-star in a soap opera, were the reasons Evangelista broke up with him.
