Kris on James: He's out of my heart
MANILA, Philippines - Controversial host-actress Kris Aquino maintained that her marriage with husband star cager James Yap is over.
Kris returned to Manila on Friday morning after a 3-week vacation in Orlando, Florida, with sons Joshua and Baby James. She granted an exclusive interview to her close friend and manager Boy Abunda at the airport's presidential lounge.
According to an ABS-CBN News insider, Kris answered all the controversies hounding her including the status of her relationship with James.
"It must have been love but it's over now," the insider quipped, quoting Kris.
Kris also denied reports linking her to politicians Chiz Escudero and Jun-Jun Binay, and actors Coco Martin, Gerald Anderson, and Gabby Concepcion.
The actress-host admitted that Jun-Jun (Binay) is a good friend, but denied that they have a romantic affair.
The insider said Kris turned emotional when she talked about the death anniversary of her mother, former President Corazon Aquino, on Sunday (August 1).
Kris also talked about the controversial annulment case she is set to file to end her 5-year marriage with James.
She said she will decide on a plan of action after a meeting with her lawyers.

"May mga issue tungkol doon sa pagpapakasal namin na may mga technicality kaya nga mukhang from the beginning it was void. So I just have to wait and see kung ano ang sasabihin ng mga abogado," she shared.
According to Atty. Anna Liza Logan of the Marcos Ochoa Serapio and Tan, the law firm retained by Kris, the TV host is not seeking legal separation.
“We will have the court decide na 'yong marriage was void from the beginning,” Logan said in a previous interview.
Logan added they are now preparing the petition for the declaration of nullity of marriage or the annulment of marriage.
Once the decision becomes final, both parties will be free to enter into separate partnerships.
When asked if James still has a place in her heart, the actress answered: “No, no. He can always be the father and I would really hope and pray na he will take an active participation sa pagpapalaki ng anak namin.”
On men being linked to her: “Tatlong linggo kang nawala ang daming naimbento tungkol sa iyo. Walang mabuting maidudulot 'yon kasi hindi talaga totoo.”
Is she pregnant?

If you have only self control with your stature, your are supposed to be the "Royalty" Philippines Style. Your Father as a hero, your mother conducted herself excellently, and your brother now as the new president, Actually you deserve some more better than those guys in your past but with what your doing seems like your making you self a lot less. Wake up and have a little bit of self control!!!

kris stlill blurts out more info than necessary but i can understand where she's coming from regarding her feelings for james. love needs nurturing. and sometimes isang pagkakamali lang, may lamat na agad. noone wants to separate especially since they have kids and she has the aquino legacy to uphold. but it really is miserable if you don't feel loved in everyway. if you don't know how it feels to regret getting married, consider yourself lucky.

Archbishop Cruz however has given a different perspective as to why the fate of James Yap and Kris Aquino’s marriage has come to this point. But also said that his words should not be misunderstood as he is not intending to taint Kris Aquino’s personhood.
“She is more for herself than for someone else like a spouse. Meaning to say, she is not someone who kicks herself as a partner to somebody else so that the two of them become one. Marriage is partnership. I give my part, you give your part, and the whole.
I’m not pronouncing judgment on whether if she is good or bad or whether she is a sinner or a saint, no. I’m not doing that, I’m just talking about her…I repeat based on my experience in the marriage tribunal. She has always been a public figure and therefore she feels that the public should know what it is all about. I don’t think the girl is somebody who keeps it to herself and let’s not talk about it or keep quiet. She is someone who cannot just keep quiet, that is spontaneous.
And I do not think the public, knowing her life is shock by this. That she had one man, then second man, she has a child and she has a third fellow, she has a child and then separate. I don’t think it is shocking anymore, and that is Kris, you take it or leave it that is her.”
promises are made to be broken
Kris and James made a promise to Cory that they will not separate. Now that promise is broken. Did Kris made promises during the campaign? Do you think she will not break it? She broke the promise to her mom, and even the one supported by a contract (that is the marriage), what more to those that she doesn't know and no ontract at all!!!
To James -- it may be hard to accept that Kris just cannot accept you for who you are...be brave man... there's someone BEST for you... Kris DOESN'T HAVE TRUE LOVE for you at all. it's obvious ... since the beginning of your "marriage".
