Angelica Jones set to give birth to first child
MANILA, Philippines - Actress-politician Angelica Jones is expecting to give birth to her first child on September 8.
A very pregnant Jones guested on "KrisTV" on Wednesday, and told host Kris Aquino that she is eight months pregnant.
In the interview, Jones said she's no longer in speaking terms with the baby's father, Dr. Gerald Alday, a politician in Batangas and a practicing surgeon.
"Almost five months na hindi kami nag-uusap," she said.
But Jones clarified that it was she who refused to marry the politician and that she really planned to get pregnant.
"December sinagot ko na siya, pero kaya naman ako nagmadali magpabuntis because nagkaroon ako ng cyst and myoma sa ovary. So, 'yun di na ako pwedeng magkaanak kahit kailan. So sabi niya magpapakasal kami kahit 'di kami magkaanak at 'di niya ako iiwan at mamahalin hanggang kamatayan, 'yun ang sabi niya," she said.
But Jones said she is still open for a reconciliation with her ex-boyfriend.
