Kris files for annulment of marriage to James
MANILA, Philippines - Basketball star James Yap's celebration for his Most Valuable Player (MVP) award on Wednesday was spoiled by an attempt to serve him papers for the nullification of his marriage to Kris Aquino.
An ABS-CBN News source said that several court officials, led by the sherriff of the Makati Regional Trial Court (RTC), were spotted outside the Araneta Coliseum waiting for Yap.
The officials were reportedly there to serve the basketball star the petition filed by Aquino to nullify their marriage.
However, Yap was not able to receive the petition, since he was able to leave the Araneta Coliseum quickly.
The court officials declined to give a statement.
In a phone interview, Yap said he was surprised by the presence of the court officials there. He said he was not aware that there were people from the Makati Regional Trial Court (RTC) waiting for him at the Araneta Coliseum.
According to the entertainment website, pep.ph, Kris filed her petition for the declaration of nullity of marriage at the Makati RTC last Monday, August 9.
Aquino, meanwhile, was advised by her lawyer to not speak about the issue.
However, in her Twitter account, Kris said: "No matter how brave u try to be, a breakup is painful. Quoting again from my love iphone app- when u break up, your whole identity is shattered. It's like death. True, it's hard to get to know myself all over again as just me & no longer part of a couple." - Report from Ginger Conejero, ABS-CBN News

Association of Single Mother of the Philippines (ASMP)
Dear Ms Kris, what if you establish and create an Association of Single Mothers of the Philippines?
With your acceptance of living a single life with kids is a good thing to do and you have prove to live a better life to the public at large without being involved to any man anymore.
Other single mother don't have that kind of bold- heart to swear to live a single life while supporting growing kids because they don't have that kind of blessings you enjoy today and in the future to come.
But you have that strength to say because you are moneyed, influential and on top of it a celebrity
and younger sister of the President.
With this association that I am thinking of, God willing, will bolster the moral of those less fortunate single mothers through your leadership, by creating livelihood programs wherein these single mothers can work honorably rather than be involve with a job that that is not acceptable to the society just to earn a living to support and feed the growing kids.
Under your leadership, I believe that this ASMP will work because you are talented, again influential and proven to be successful in your career that will help alleviate less fortunate single mother. Marriage life is another thing in which each of us has its own story to tell. That’s life. ( I say, forget it.)
Close the past chapter of your life and open a new one and led others to a better successful single mother -life and show to the world that you are the real MVP. You are workaholic worker, you can do it.
Led ASMP start a new life. Under your leadership, you will boast the moral of single mother through-out the Archipelago. Then the birth of ASMP has come. God -willing.
Then on 2016 election, come what may, to and more teeth, register ASMP under party-List, and be called Congresswoman Kris C. Aquino. I believe you can make it, because you have a lot of followers.
LIFE MUST GO ON, God knows. He holds our future and destiny, not us.

What can u do, if some ppl have power? Tho Cory And Noy are down to earth, some are not. See, if ur brod is president, ur loverboy's dad is VP, and ur loverboy is mayor and ur a celebrity, how much influence do u get? Now, Annabelle Rama's comments beginning to make sense eh? So, no matter if the president has good intention, but someone close to him is using the power for their own gratification, to influence the court of law, the poor like James will always be the victim. Those ppl in power and close to power will always have the upper hand. It's so sickening to hear all the pasaring, patama sa kinauukulan. Enough is enough. What a crap for them to say that Taklesa is hurting. It's the opposite, she's so happy coz there's a replacement na. Only gullible ppl will believe that she's afraid to trust another guy. Not even annulled, she's saying there's Binay na. LOL! Bakit ano ba ang kasalanan ni Magdalena? Madakdak din ba siyang tulad ni Kris. Wala naman yata tayong nabasa sa Bible na madaming sinabi si Magdalena. Iba ang kasalanan niya. E si Kris, hindi lang pagiging Makati daldakina pa. Kunwari maka-masa pero ginagamit lang niya ang masa para umangat siya. At hindi paulit-ulit na titirisin mo ang taong wala na ngang imik, siya na nga ang nasa itaas sa ngayon, wala pa ring habas ang pagdikdik niya kay James. Paano ka namang matutuwa at maaawa sa babaeng iyan. Normally underdog ang babae lalo na kapag ang lalaki ay nambabae and nasa babae ang simpatiya ng halos lahat, pero sa ginagawa ni Kris, babae ang nakakainis in this instance. Umalis pa daw wari sa The Buzz or SNN, e halos siya na lang yata ang laman noon, hindi na nga lang interviewer, interviewee na. Iyon naman yata ang plano niya. Pati sa Pwinnawin, pa-cute ng pa-cute. Okay lang first time pero palagi, hindi na bagay, pati age ng mga babaeng contestants, tinatanong pati kung nasa relationships. Inggiteraaa.
It's sad to find out how
It's sad to find out how sexist most of the people--even women themselves--here could be! It's always an awful reality in this society that women who get involved of extramarital affairs or infidelity against her husband/partner are always brutally lambasted whilst men are always tolerated by the society.
For as far as issues on Kris and James have been said and heard, James was the one who made the bigger mistakes throughout their marriage whilst Kris has always tried to forgive him for all those $hit just to save their marriage but James never learned. And Kris may also have done her own mistakes that could offend James' ego but that should be nothing more painful than being cheated by a spouse over and over.

I SUPPORT KRIS
Grabeh yung karamihan d2, kung makapang husga parang c kris na pinakamasamang babae sa mundo. Bago kau mag-comment isipin nyo muna, bka mas masahol pa kau kay kris. Hindi ko pina-patronage yung decision ni kris na ipa-null yung marriage nila, pero kung wala ng pagasa pang maayos at mukha naman hindi c james desidiso ayusin bkit kelangan itali sarili mo pagsasamang hindi msaya at walang pagmamahalan. Alam naman nating lahat ang puno’t dulo nito, dahil babaero c james. Para kasing gusto ng iba mangyari, magtiis c kris para hindi madungisan angkan ng nila. Unfair naman yun kay kris yung ganun. S tingin ko naman binigyan nina kris and james ng sapat na panahon para ayusin ang lahat pero tlagand hindi sila compatible. And I think its time to move on, hindi kelangan magtiis ng bawat isa s knila, lalo anak nila na nkikita silang nag-aaway. Nung lamay n lng kay Cory, c james parang ibang tao, ang lamig ng mga tingin kay kris… asawa mo nagluluksa, ikaw nkatingin lng.. ni hindi man lng hug. Kita naman sa mata ni james na hindi nya mahal c kris.
Hindi kasalanan magpa-null ng marriage kung my sapat na basehan, mas kasalanan ang lukuhin mo ang asawa mo, at tayong mga manunuod/fans ay gusto natin magtiis c kris. At sa palagay ko hindi naman ikakasira ni P-noy ang issue jay kris. Tayong mga Filipino, mas susukatin natin yung gagawin ni P-noy s bansa natin, kaysa sa lovelife ni kris.
Hinahangaan ko pa din c kris sa katatagan, sa pagiging derecho, hindi sinungaling. And fighting for your freedom and seeking what really for you is not a bad thing to do.

So Kris thinks her union with James is just a one night stand that "lusted" for 5 years? When Kris and James showed up as a married couple on Ninoy's campaign trail, was that for political gain only? So once Noy was elected, then the lie was no longer needed? Why should we listen or trust you Kris on TV when you lecture about virtues and moralities?

Bilang anak ng bayani (daw) at dating presidente, mataas po ang expectations kay Kris ng sambayanang Pilipino... Hindi po ganyang klaseng ehemplo ang dapat nakikita at namumulatan ng mga batang Filipino!
Abay magbigay nga kayo ng example ng mabuting bagay na extraordinary kay Kris?
