Zsa Zsa on Dolphy: 'I really want him to come back'
MANILA, Philippines – A month since the passing of the country's King of Comedy, his widow actress-singer Zsa Zsa Padilla said she sometimes holds hope that Dolphy will somehow "walk in the door" and come back.

Padilla, who was Dolphy's partner for 23 years, has since resumed her professional engagements in film and television. But the actress-singer admitted that her emotions toward the film icon's passing still swing from acceptance on a given day, to depression on another.
Dubbed the country's "Divine Diva," Padilla also said she is aware that her fluctuating emotions naturally come with the grieving process.
"Syempre sa bahay iba-iba (ang nararamdaman), tsaka five stages ang grief na ‘yan. Pabalik-balik. Hindi pala in order. Iba pala. Galit ka, minsan depressed, minsan tanggap mo na. Basta paiba-iba siya," Padilla told Push.com.ph.
Now facing a possible illness from an abnormal growth in her kidneys, Padilla said she sometimes "bargains" for Dolphy to "return" to be in her company again.
"Minsan nagba-bargain ka, I was bargaining for I don’t know... I really want him to come back and walk in the door," she said.
"Akala ko nalampasan ko na. Biglang-bigla mararamdaman mo pala ‘yon. Some of my friends who lost their loved ones would tell me it really gets harder," she added.
In recent days, Padilla revealed that she has been feeling pain from her left kidney even before Dolphy was hospitalized in June. The actress-singer also said she is set to fly to the United States to seek the opinion of a medical expert on her condition.
