MANILA - Actor and concert producer Jomari Yllana, or Jose Maria Garchitorena Yllana in real life, turned 33 today, August 18.

Jomari, or Jom for short, is the brother of actor-comedians Anjo and Ryan Yllana.

Jomari started his showbiz career when he became one of the members of "Gwapings" that appeared in the defunct hit television show "Palibhasa Lalaki" on ABS-CBN.

Other former “Gwapings” members were actors Mark Anthony Fernandez and Eric Fructuoso.

Jomari was married to actress Aiko Melendez but they eventually separated. He and Aiko have a son named Andrei.

He is the former boyfriend of sultry actress Ara Mina. His most recent relationship was with Concert Queen Pops Fernandez.

Jomari is now focused on managing a production outfit called “Fearless Production,” with his business partners Ronald and Ryan Singson.
