MANILA, Philippines -- Amid reports that she is being considered to be the new leading lady of actor Gerald Anderson in an upcoming TV series, actress Cristine Reyes said she sees nothing wrong about doing the project.

Reyes is reportedly being considered to star opposite Anderson, after the "Budoy" star's TV project with former girlfriend Kim Chiu was allegedly put off.
"Well, ako kahit sino naman ang makapareho ko, di ba? Basta sa akin kahit ano ang dumating sa akin ay blessing 'yon," Reyes said in a press conference for her new Pantene endorsement on Tuesday.
The actress also said that as an artist she has no right to choose her next leading man.
"Wala akong karapatang tumanggi, wala akong karapatang mamili kung sino ang makakatrabaho ko," she said.
The report comes after Anderson's recent falling out with singer-actress Sarah Geronimo, who was previously linked to actor-dancer Rayver Cruz, who is now his Reyes's boyfriend.
It can be recalled that Geronimo and Reyes figured in a controversial spat over Cruz in 2010, when Reyes took to micro-blogging site Twitter to rant about a "drama princess," later on identified to be Geronimo.
The two women have since reconciled.
However, with a Reyes-Anderson "love team" reportedly in the works, the bitter history of the two actresses may become talk of the town anew, as the two may potentially share another leading man.
Meanwhile, Reyes again stressed that there's no truth to rumors that she and Cruz have called it quits.
"Kasama ko lang siya kahapon. Hindi totoo, wala. Ewan ko kung bakit pa may lumalabas na ganoon eh nakikita naman nila na lagi kaming magkasama," she said.
She even revealed that Cruz won't be attending this year's Star Magic Ball to spend time with her.
"Wala kami dito. Kailangan niyang bumawi sa akin kasi hindi siya sumamasa London," says Reyes, who will have a tour in US with Vice Ganda.
Currently, Reyes is shooting a film, which, according to her, is an entry for this year's Metro Manila Film Festival.
