Hunk actor John Lloyd Cruz shared the changes that happened to his life when he met the most beautiful lady in his life, his real life sweetheart, Liz Uy.

In an interview with abs-cbnNEWS.com, Cruz proudly said that he learned more about practicality in life because of Uy.

"With Liz like 'yung pagiging practical sa buhay, kung paano ko tignan ang mga bagay na mayroon ako ngayon (at) kung paano bigyan ng halaga ang mayroon ako," Cruz said.

He said that Uy really has a great impact on his life and makes a huge difference on who is he right now.

"...even if you have the life that you want, you still have to change to survive. Kailangan mo sya, yun lang  dapat mas magandang pagbabago. Kung magbabago ka sa hindi magandang paraan mahirap yon," he said.

The actor said that aside from Uy's good persona he also admired the latter's ideal family.

"At iba din 'yung pamilya nila talagang sa akin doon ko na encounter ang pinaka-normal na nakilala ko, sobrang normal, ideal ba ang tawag doon," he said.

Cruz proudly shared that Uy as a fashion stylist also helps him in choosing the right attire he needs to wear for a certain occasion.

The actor who's happily in love right now said he's not in a rush to end his single life. The actor said that though he is happy to have Uy on his side he's not yet thinking of  marriage.

"Malayo pa ang isip ko din actually hindi ko pa sya naiisip... siguro dahil kami ni Liz pareho kaming busy with our own respective carers kaya hindi talaga sumasagi sa amin," explains Cruz.

He said that before he had an ideal age for marriage but now everything changes.

"Dati.. kapag lalaki mga 30 or 31 pero I realized na wala eh pwede siyang mangyari anytime kung next year maisipan ko at dumapo sa akin mahirap pigilan," Cruz said.

 John Lloyd Cruz is considered one of the country's most promising young dramatic actors.

Starting as a teen star, John Lloyd first appeared in "Gimik" and "Tabing Ilog" as Kaye Abad's love team.

Cruz is a member of ABS-CBN's Star Magic family. His other television credits include "Kay Tagal Kang Hinintay," "It Might Be You",and currently "Maging Sino Ka Man."

He starred in the movies "Nagbibinata," "Mahal na Kung Mahal," "My First Romance," "Now That I Have You," "Dubai," "Close To You" and "One More Chance."

Cruz will soon be seen on ABS-CBN's upcoming television series "I Love Betty" with long-time on screen partner Bea Alonzo.
