Did Liezl Martinez really have an operation to treat a case of breast cancer?

A report from ABS-CBN's "Entertainment Live" on Saturday cited "sources" and the website www.showbizjuice.com that Liezl, wife of actor Albert Martinez and daughter of veteran actress and showbiz icon Amalia Fuentes, is recovering from surgery as part of treatment for breast cancer.

Citing sources, "Entertainment Live" reported that Martinez is now convalescing at cousin actor Aga Muhlach's rest house in Batangas.

Husband Albert and mother Amalia refused to comment; "Entertainment Live" quoted the latter as saying that she's praying for her daughter.
