Kris Aquino adopts new life mantra

MANILA, Philippines – Actress-host Kris Aquino is adopting a new outlook to have a stress-free life.
In a message posted in her Twitter page Tuesday morning, Aquino said she is trying to stop living in the past. She added that she should instead focus on the present.
"I'm learning to not live in the past or worry too much about tomorrow, but just focus on now. Less stress, more joy! Good morning!" Aquino said.
Aquino also posted this passage on Twitter: "The secret of health for both mind & body is not to mourn for the past nor to worry about the future, but to live the present moment wisely & earnestly."
Last Sunday, Aquino also promised to be lovable "for the rest of my life." "Just read this in my love quotations app, if u want to be loved, be lovable! So that's my goal for the rest of my life- I'm gonna be lovable!"
On the same day, she also tweeted an inspiring message.
"This was sent to me by Archbishop Soc [Villegas], so meaningful that's y I'm sharing- ‘If you want to leave footprints in the sands of time, don't drag your feet.’ ~Arnot Shephard, Jr. Bear the cross with grace & dignity, and it will carry you... Grace & dignity- my new life mantra," tweeted Aquino.
Aquino, the youngest daughter of the late former president Corazon Aquino, is one of the most controversial personalities in local show business.
Recently, she hogged the headlines after announcing the end of her 5-year marriage to cager James Yap.

Mas gaganda ang karma ni Kris pag itigil niya ang pagyayabang tunkol sa connections niya sa gobiyerno. Alam kong kapatid niya ang presidente at kilala niya ang mga kabinete pero mas respetado siya pag magpaka humble na lang. Nakakainis pag ipinagyayabang niya sa PWNW live show na close sila ni DILG Robredo, kilalang kilala niya ang NBI director, at malakas siya sa kanila. Ang suggestion ko, itigil na lang ang yabangan at mag concentrate na lang sa show para tumaas ang rating.
