MANILA – "Wowowee" host Willie Revillame said he bought a jet plane because it’s a good long-term investment that will benefit his family in the future.

"Long term na ito. Investment at the same time future na ito not just for me but for my family. Sa magiging mga anak ko pa at sa mga anak ko," Revillame told “SNN: Showbiz News Ngayon.”

Revillame, Yes! magazine’s 2008 most powerful celebrity, has four children, including actress Meryll Soriano, with four women.

It was actress-host Kris Aquino who announced that Revillame, along with his two partners, was buying a jet plane. Revillame also owns a yacht.

The host reportedly earns P1 million per day from his contract with ABS-CBN and endorsement agreements. The host though has yet to publicly confirm his P1-million pay check.
