MANILA, Philippines - Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) former housemate Jason Francisco denied a rumor that he got into a fight with Paul Jake Castillo, also an ex-PBB housemate, during the Star Magic Ball in Makati last Sunday.

Rumor has it that Francisco and Castillo, both of whom were allegedly very drunk, got involved in a squabble while attending the annual gathering of ABS-CBN's elite group of stars.

In an interview with “Showbiz News Ngayon (SNN),” Francisco vehemently denied the issue, saying that he and Castillo were just acting and fooling around.

"Nag-away kami ni Pareng Paul Jake? Hindi po kami nag-aaway. Kaming dalawa kasi ganoon 'yong nagbibiruan ng away na akala mo ay totoo pero kaming dalawa lang po 'yon. Pero hindi po kami nag-aaway," Francisco said.

He even added that after the ball, he went straight to Castillo's condominium to drink coffee and hang out.

Dubbed as the “Prince of the Masses,” Francisco also disputed reports that Castillo made a scene at the party because he was too drunk.

"Akala ng tao ay nagwawala siya dahil sa lasing pero hindi. Kasi nagsasayaw-sayaw kami na parang lasing-lasingan. Pauwi na din po kami noon kasi kaunti na lang ang tao at kami kami na lang," he said

In a text message sent to SNN, Castillo echoed Francisco’s statement that they did not fight.

"Me and Jason didn’t fight naman sa ball... We are just always like that lang...ever since pa sa PBB house, ganyan na kami," Castillo said.

Both Castillo and Francisco were part of PBB Double Up's Big Five. Castillo placed second, while Francisco landed in 3rd place.

Francisco's girlfriend, Melai Cantiveros, was declared the Big Winner.
