Cristine Reyes expresses admiration for Echo

Young actress Cristine Reyes said that she enjoys working for ABS-CBN and Double Vision's series "Kahit Isang Saglit", most especially because she gets the chance to work closely with her showbiz crush, actor Jericho Rosales.
Reyes said she admires Rosales because of his acting talent and professionalism.
"Humahanga lang po ako at magaling siyang actor. At totoo po yon, sobrang nakaka-inspire siya katrabaho kasi magaling po siya talaga. Every scene namin kailangang magmo-motivate muna kami. Doon ako humanga sa kanya, sa lahat ng naka-trabaho ko iilan lang po yong ganoon," she said.
Reyes also clarified speculations that she publicly confessed her admiration for Rosales because she wants the actor to be her next boyfriend.
"Hindi ko naman po sinasabi na tipo ko si Echo na maging boyfriend or something. Ang sinasabi ko lang po ay magaling siyang actor at doon po ako humahanga sa kanya," she said.
Reports have said that Reyes just broke up with rumored boyfriend actor Dennis Trillo.
The actress, one of the newest contract stars of ABS-CBN, said she doesn't mind if her series "Eva Fonda" takes a back seat to "Kahit Isang Saglit," which will be aired this Monday, September 15 on ABS-CBN's Primetime Bida.
"Hindi po (ako nanghihinayang) kasi actually mas maganda na mas mauna itong 'Kahit Isang Saglit' bago yung 'Eva Fonda' kasi dito sa kahit 'Isang Saglit second lead po ako, sa 'Eva' title role. So mas maganda po na ito muna ang mauna," Reyes said.
Working on "Kahit Isang Saglit"
She said that she is having a great time working for “Kahit Isang Saglit". She even shared how comfortable she is to be with the series' other lead actors like Malaysian actress Carmen Soo.
"Masaya and she's so nice din... walang hassle na makatrabaho si Carmen," the actress told abs-cbnNEWS.com
In "Kahit Isang Saglit", Reyes plays the character of Alona, a girl who is deeply in love with Rocky (Rosales).
She said that she didn't have a hard time portraying her role because of the support and guidance of her co-stars and the series' directors, the late 'direk' Manong Gilbert Perez and the latest director of the show, director Jerry Sineneng.
"Sa totoo lang po hindi mahirap kasi in real life hindi ako girly girly. Siguro tinatanong ko lang mabuti yung mga director ko like si Manong at direk Jerry kung ano ang gusto nilang gawin ko and yun ang ginagawa ko po," Reyes said.
The actress, the younger sister of actress Ara Mina, said that like other newbie stars she also dreams of being a successful actress and winning an acting award someday.
"Sana ay maging mahusay na actress at ma-appreciate ng mga tao," she ended.
