Star Magic refutes Shaina-John Lloyd's hospital controversy
MANILA, Philippines – ABS-CBN’s Star Magic has branded as a big lie the recent controversy hounding celebrity couple John Lloyd Cruz and Shaina Magdayao, “The Buzz” reported Sunday.
Star Magic, who is handling the careers of both stars, has debunked a rumor saying that Cruz and Magdayao were both rushed to St. Luke’s Hospital 2 weeks ago due to a medical condition called “penis captivus.”
According to Wikipedia, penis captivus happens when the muscles in the vagina clamp down on the penis much more firmly than usual during sexual intercourse, making it impossible for the penis to withdraw from the vagina.
The occurrence is very rare that many medical professionals believe the condition is non-existent, Wikipedia added.
Star Magic pointed out that, on the day the purported incident happened, both Magdayao and Cruz were busy doing their respective projects.
Magdayao is currently taping for “Precious Hearts Romances present Alyna,” while Cruz is shooting his upcoming televisions series with Angel Locsin, “Imortal.”
The location shoots for “Imortal” usually take place outside Metro Manila, “The Buzz” reported.
Quoting an insider in the hospital, “The Buzz” also reported that the hospital has not recorded any incident involving the couple.
The 2 also attended the annual Star Magic Ball in Makati without any trace of worry, the report noted.
Magdayao and Cruz have long been rumored to be dating. Cruz recently admitted on television that he and Magdayao are going steady.
