Along with her manager Leo Dominguez, Daza will meet with ABS-CBN's film production outfit, Star Cinema, on Wednesday for a movie offer, according to a report from the Philippine Star.
Box-office director Cathy Garcia-Molina ("A Very Special Love," "My Amnesia Girl," "Unofficially Yours") will reportedly direct the "love triangle" film.
The daughter of former Miss Universe titlist and actress Gloria Diaz, Daza's potential role in the upcoming flick, should it push through, won't be the first time a talent of GMA-7 will star with a Kapamilya actor/actress in a film.
Notably, Richard Gutierrez and KC Concepcion starred in back-to-back films in 2008 ("For The First Time") and 2009 ("When I Met U").
After earning his first Best Actor award in a movie for Star Cinema's "Segunda Mano," Dingdong Dantes will star alongside Kapamilya stars Angelica Panganiban, Zanjoe Marudo and Angel Locsin in "One More Try."
Locsin, a former GMA-7 talent, is also set to star in a reunion project with Gutierrez on the big screen. Marian Rivera, meanwhile, will be paired with "Walang Hanggan" star Coco Martin in an upcoming movie under Regal Films.
