Patrick Dela Rosa's alleged rape victim finally speaks up.

MANILA, Philippines - The alleged rape victim of actor-politician Patrick Dela Rosa finally broke her silence today, asserting the fact that she was sexually abused by Dela Rosa in the wee hours of October 8, 2010.

The victim, a 20-year-old graduating college student, said she and a friend came from a stage play rehearsal when they decided to spend the night at a friend's unit at Regalia Park Towers in Cubao.

Upon arriving at the condominium, she and her friend learned that the brother of the unit owner was celebrating his birthday, and they joined in the drinking.

"Tipsy lang ako. Hindi ako lasing no'n. Alam ko pa ang ginagawa ko," the girl recounted, contrary to previous theories that she was drunk.

She decided to stop drinking and headed off to sleep. That was when Dela Rosa allegedly entered the room and raped her.

"Relaxed lang siya. Nakangisi. Parang nang-aasar. 'Pareho naman tayong lasing eh,'" the girl recalled of Dela Rosa after the incident.

But she replied to Dela Rosa, "Natutulog na ako. 'Yung pagpasok mo sa kwarto walang permission ko."

The unit owner then proceeded to call the building's security.

The girl maintained she and her family will see the case through, despite supposed offers from Dela Rosa’s camp amounting to P2.5 million.

They also denied having asked for P5 million as earlier alleged.

The lawyers of Dela Rosa, meanwhile, refused to be interviewed, saying they prefer to exhaust their efforts in court.
