MANILA – Actress-host Kris Aquino will start filming her much awaited movie, "Mano Po 6," under Regal Films on Thursday.

Aquino said she is excited to collaborate with co-star Megastar Sharon Cuneta for the first time.

"It's my absolute honor and pleasure to be doing this for Sharon and Mother Lily [Monteverde] and Roselle [Monteverde]. And I'm so excited. It's so nice," Aquino said

"Mano Po 6" is Regal Films’ official entry to this year's Metro Manila Film Festival.

Aquino confirmed that she is doing the movie for free.

"It's the only way I can give her (Mother Lily) a meaningful gift. A gift of my time and my presence," Aquino said.

Aquino, wife of star cager James Yap, is hosting two entertainment shows on ABS-CBN, namely “The Buzz” and “SNN: Showbiz News Ngayon.” The Buzz
