MANILA-- Popular Korean pop group Super Junior visited the Philippines for the Asian leg of their world tour, "Super Show 5."
The 15-member group, which debuted in South Korea in 2005, performed on Thursday night at the Mall of Asia Arena.
Thousands of fans flocked to the venue to get a glimpse of their idols.
It is the group's third time in the country. They first came in 2010 for "Super Show 2" and came back the following year for "Super Show 3."
Only nine of the original 12 members of the group came for the concert. Two members, Leeteuk and Yesung, are currently serving in the military.
The original members were joined by Henry and Zhou Mi, who are members of Super Junior-M, the Chinese sub unit of the group.
Super Junior performed their hit songs like "Bonamana," "Sexy," "Free and Single," "'Rockstar," and the phenomenal "Sorry Sorry."
At the end of the performance, the group's temporary leader, Eunhyuk, hinted that they might return next year for Super Show 6.
