Bea: 'I will miss Sam'
MANILA - Actress Bea Alonzo admitted that she will definitely miss working with her on screen partner Sam Milby as their TV mini-series "Your Song" wraps up its final episode on November 1.
"Mamimiss ko siya (Sam Milby) siyempre (I will miss Sam, of course)," Alonzo said.
"Naging tuluy-tuloy rin kasi ang projects namin ni Sam together. Though nagkikita naman kami sa ASAP every Sunday, it’s different kapag you work with the person in a series," she added.
Before doing "Your Song", Milby and Alonzo first worked together for Star Cinema’s film "And I Love You So" which also cast actor Derek Ramsay.
After the film's success and a clamor from fans of their love team, the two were paired up again in "For Your Song."
Alonzo, who just turned 22 last October 17, had a party organized by her friends and fans.
Present during the bash were the ASAP "IT Girls" – Anne Curtis, Iya Villania, Nikki Gil and Shaina Magdayao (who kept on teasing her about the new "J" in her life).
In a previous interview, Alonzo’s former screen partner John Lloyd Cruz confirmed that he will reunite with Bea Alonzo in an upcoming film for Valentine's Day next year.
Cruz told abs-cbnNEWS.com that the romantic film, under Star Cinema, might be scheduled to screen after February 14, 2010.
The two lead stars of the film, Cruz and Alonzo, had been paired as a love team for several years in both TV series and movies. Their last film together was "One More Chance" about two college sweethearts who rekindle their love in later years.
