Sarah G gears for new concert
MANILA - Pop singer Sarah Geronimo is gearing up for her upcoming concert called "Record Breaker" at the Araneta Coliseum on November 7.
"Super excited (na talaga) at kinakabahan na [ako]," Geronimo told "SNN: Showbiz News Ngayon."
Geronimo, who is the current reigning Box Office Queen for a string of successful films, said the success of her concert will depend on her performance that night.
"Depende po sa akin 'yan on that night. Depende sa akin kung magiging bongga talaga. So, bahala na," the actress-singer said.
Geronimo said that, like her previous concerts, she will pull new stunts to keep her fans happy. She will even bring "sexy" into her performances. "Sa performance lang po (ang pagpapa-sexy)," she said.
'No film with Gerald'
Meanwhile, Geronimo answered reports that she will not be doing a film with Gerald Anderson, since his fans reportedly prefer him to make films with his current on-screen partner Kim Chiu.
Geronimo has been paired up with John Lloyd Cruz for a string of films.
The actress-singer said that after the success of her movie "You Changed My Life" with Cruz, she will be preparing for her first film project with Judy Ann Santos.
She added that she is willing to wait, should the film be postponed should Santos announce she is pregnant. For the moment, Santos is denying that she is with child.
Santos had married actor Ryan Agoncillo early this year.

To fans of kim and gerald: wag na icompare si sarah sa kahit kanino pa katulad kay kim, dapat si kim talaga mahiya, kasi wala pa sya si sarah na yan at magbigay respeto sa mga mas matataas ang level at narating...ang mga naachieve ni sarah wala pa syang naabot..be in movies at recording...yung tayong dalawa nya lahat kami sa house were watching hindi dahil sa loveteam nila kundi dahil kay coco martin....baka akala nila tumgal yun dahil sa loveteam nila..they are wrong...sana mga fans ni kim at gerald marunong din rumespeto, lead by example kim, I saw you off cam, kahit ngiti hindi mo nginitian si sarah, ikaw dapat magreach out kasi bago ka palang at wala pa naman talang na achieve. Take note ulit, you have to know at mga fans nyo, na we did not watch tayong dalawa because of your loveteam, it’s the story na nagkataon naibigay sa inyo magagandang kwento. Dapat alam ng fans nyo lugar nyo, wala pa kaya sa taas, mataas na ang tingin ng mga fans nyo sa kinalalagyan nyo…kaming mga inaadmire si sarah do not even want gerald for her…kay kim na lang sya, gerald does not even know how to act effectively…wala kaming maramdamang tamang emotion sa hinihingi ng mga scenes at marami nag aagree.
