Ara Mina wishes for her own talk show

Sultry actress Ara Mina shared that she wants to have a show where she could prove her hosting prowess.

"Actually gusto kong makaroon ng talk show ng sarili ko kasi malaking training sa akin yung 'Bubble Gang'. Naging madaldal na din ako, palakwento, kahit ano kinu-kwento. 'Yung tipong may matutunanan ka naman, mashi-share," the actress told abs-cbnNEWS.com.

Mina was a member of the longest-running gag show in the country, "Bubble Gang."

Mina said that she would like to do a show similar to ABS-CBN's popular morning show "Boy & Kris" hosted by the country's King and Queen of Talk -- Boy Abunda and Kris Aquino.

"Parang ganoon (Boy & Kris), o kaya ay parang lifestyle show o kaya beauty and wellness," Mina said.

"Kasi kahit bilugan ako tinatawag nila sa akin voluptous. (Alam ko) kung paano mag-maintain ng beauty. Wala namang problema kung mag-share ka dapat shini--share mo din sa iba parang napaka-damot mo naman kapag di ka nag-share," Mina said.

In a previous interview with the news site, Mina revealed that as her way to share beauty to others she will launch a healthy drink named "Easy Cleansing" that will help people prevent colon cancer.

"Papayat ka din kasi matatanggal ang toxins sa katawan mo na hindi kayang tanggalan ng iba... ginawa ng family ko, na-discover ng family ko, so ginagawa ko siya ngayon," Mina said.

Ara Mina or Hazel Reyes-Mathay in real life started her career as a member of "That's Entertainment."

The turning point in her career was when she won the Best Actress Award for the movie "Mano Po" in 2002.

Mina is focusing on her food business "Cafe Mina."

Aside from being an actress and an entrepreneur, Mina is also a recording artist. She is scheduled to do shows both out of town and out of the country.

"Bago matapos ang taon na ito magre-repackage ako ng album yung 'Ara Mina: Moving On' pa din. Magdadagdag lang ako ng two songs," she ended.
