Actress-singer Zsa Zsa Padilla said she is very happy that daughter Karylle is “coping really well” after her much-publicized break-up with actor Dingdong Dantes.

Padilla admitted that she knew Karylle and Dantes had called it quits even before she flew to the United States but she said it was not up to her to publicly announce their decision.

“Mahirap noong umpisa. Ang sabi ko sa kanya just concentrate on love that is constant, and that is love that your family has for you,” she said.

“She is coping really well and it has been two months. I saw her yesterday and she looked really good,” she added.

The television host also said she is looking forward to be working with her daughter once the latter joins variety show ASAP ‘08.

On Dantes, on the other hand, Padilla said she wished him the best as she admitted that her family would miss his presence.

“We have this all-girl vacation every year, tatlo doon sumama siya, humahabol siya. So, we’re taking another one [and] he’s not going to be around,” she said.

Padilla, meanwhile, declined to comment when asked about speculations that Karylle and Dantes had broken up  after being together for three years because of a third party.  Entertainment Live
