Total Performer Gary Valenciano is fully supportive of his son Gabriel's relationship with fellow singer Rachelle Ann Go.

In an interview, Valenciano said he believes Go is a woman with good heart.

"Yeah, I mean Rachelle is a very, very nice young girl. Hindi lang siya talented but I think she also has a good heart. My love for both of them will always be there, hindi mawawala ‘yon," Valenciano said.

Gabriel, also known as Mr. Pure Power, is set to leave the country next year to study. In an interview, he admitted that he will have a hard time being away from Go, but he will try to sustain what will be a long-distance relationship.

"Mahirap...pero kaya namang ipaglaban ‘yon," Gabriel said. He will be studying at Full Sail University, Winterpark, Florida, USA.

It was November of this year when Gabriel admitted that he and Go are dating.

In a previous interview, the young Valenciano said that he became closer to Go after they both attended All-Star Afternoon Party's (ASAP) teambuilding last June.

Go and Gabriel are mainstays of the weekly variety show ASAP ’08 on ABS-CBN.
