Zanjoe says patience is best lesson learned

Actor Zanjoe Marudo said that after almost two years of working in showbiz he considers patience as the best thing he learned as a star.
"’Yong patience kasi noong bago ako una hindi mo pa alam ang takbo ng industriya medyo nage-enjoy pa ako hindi ko pa alam kung ano ang mga nangyayari pero ngayong medyo tumatagal na, nandiyan na ‘yong medyo napapagod ka din at hindi naman ganoon kadali gumawa ng isang TV show," Marudo said.
The actor said that aside from cutting costs and lack of sleep, an actor needs to keep his patience to accomplish his work.
"Kailangan talaga ng pasensiya kasi kailangan niyong magtulungan, hindi lang dahil ikaw ang artista e ikaw ang laging masusunod. Dapat give and take," he added.
Marudo also shared that he considers 2008 as a good year for him since he got everything he planned like his trip in United States to visit his father and brothers because of their 'Coverboys' shows held outside of the country.
He also had a lot of projects and learned many new things from portraying different roles.
Marudo, considered one of the most visible stars of Kapamilya network, is also gearing up for another show titled "Parekoy" with showbiz friends John Prats and Jayson Gainza.
Aside from Parekoy, Marudo is also part of popular television series "Dyosa" with Anne Curtis.
"Tatlong beses akong makikita sa isang araw kasi pinapalabas ang Super Inggo sa umaga, (after 'Wowowee' ‘yong 'Parekoy') at 'Dyosa,'" he said.
The love
Marudo also proves that one can have the best of both worlds since aside from his successful career he is also happy with his showbiz sweetheart, Mariel Rodriguez.
"Wala, wala talaga kaming problema since dati pa," Marudo said.
The actor said that his almost-a-year relationship with Rodriguez is getting stronger.
He also shared that he was with the actress on the 24th of December in Alabang to celebrate Christmas Eve.
Marudo also revealed that his girlfriend gave him a branded sports bag while his present for the host-actress was a Christmas card.
On the 26th, Marudo brought Rodriguez to their house to meet his father.
The actor said that for New Year's Eve he will be with his family in Batangas while his love will stay with her family in Alabang.
