If Luis Gonzales can remain imprisoned at the NBI jail for over 6 months despite Court of Appeals quashing and nullifying info on Aug. 29, the Alabang pushers can surely stay under PDEA detention for the same period of time.

Students as drug addicts

I have a complain about your report about the drugs. NOT all students of SAN BEDA AND CEU are taking those drugs. YOU should not mention the names of the school because not only the reputation of the school you are destroying, you're destroying the reputation of the students who were studying hard for the sake of having a good profession after they finish their studies.

Enough of the good name

I watched TV Patrol's Jan 8, 2009 edition, about the exclusive exposé of a PDEA agent that students of known schools are suspects of users of illegal drugs. The story did not shock me, for generally college students of Philippines and other countries use illegal drugs.

If extra judicial killings are up in this country it’s because of people like Prosecutor John Resado. If prosecutors can take a position of being judge and jury then why not the constables too?

10 holidays in 2009

I would just like to give my reaction regarding the 10 long holidays as described by Malacañang. I don't think that the holidays moved/fell on Fridays would mean long holidays to all. This is because not all companies have 5 working days only. Some companies (specially those in manufacturing industries) require 6 working days, i.e. from Monday to Saturday.
