When Aling Gloria held a multi-sectoral summit staged at Malacanang's Heroes Hall yesterday, she outlined how to tackle the masses unemployment problem due to global financial meltdown.

The initial step of Mrs. Arroyo is to launch what she called green collar jobs and 6,000 short term employments to be handled by the DSWD shortly, if funds will be availble.

Aling Gloria is also planning to employ unemployed nursing graduates in the Nursed Assign in Rural Areas (NARS) to assists the public in various health care activities with a salary of P8,000 a month or at 266 pesos per day take home pay

She is also planning to revive the reforestartion program initiated by former First Lady Imelda R. Marcos in the 70's etc.

The said jobs are design as short term jobs, so there's no timetable how long it will last once it is started. Since it is only temporary reassured it be implemented timely at the campaign period of Lakas-Kampi as their ammunitions in 2010 presidential election. It seems to me it has in relation with of politics that's why she they are calling this program a short term jobs.

This approach is no longer new to me. Aling Gloria's movement is so easy to read and follow. The launching of these green collar jobs is an attempt to keep away in the minds of the Filipinos the scam of the road construction projects.

But unfortunately the WB discovered the bidding of the contract was done under the table and alleged the husband of Aling Gloria was the pilot with the collaboration of some politicians allied to Ms.Gloria..

So more or less, I got what the message of launching of an indefinite jobs to our countrymen. To get the people's attention and keep awat the minds of the public that his husband was really involved in the manipulation of road contracts in exchange fat bribes from the winning bidders.

So if we will analyse thorougly what is the effect of that green collar jobs, we will come into conclusion that our educated Filipino citizen will still be in delima, unstable and pitiful in the leadeship of Aling Gloria. She cannot still erase his husband is alleged the kotong king of the Philippines.

Therefore, I am still giving Aling Gloria a grade of 5 being a leader.
