Nuclear Power Plant

These people who are very vocal in opposing the proposed opening of the Bataan Nuclear Power Plant, I wonder where they are coming from --- what's their basis in saying "it is very risky, it sits in a faultline, etc."?

In 1990 we experienced the strongest earthquake that hit the country since the 1950's, and Mt. Pinatubo in Tarlac erupted in 1991, but those calamities didn't affect at all the Bataan Nuclear Power Plant.

These people should go first to the US, Korea, and Japan to see the nuclear power plants in those highly progressive countries, understand and talk with the experts/scientists before making any noise about risks.
