RE: The Hypocrisy of the Catholic Church

The opposition of the Catholic Church against birth control products carries a smack of hypocrisy. For example Bernardino Nogara, Vatican's financial advisor (1920-1954) appointed by Pope Pius XI and retained by Pope Pius XII, invested heavily (controlling share) in Italy's largest manufacturer of birth control products, Istituto Farmacologico Senono di Roma.
These Filipino archbishops, who speak so loudly on artificial birth control and condemn the Health Secretary, need to look back at Rome's history.Let them cast the first stone.
