This I don't believe and it’s unacceptable to say it is or it was. This is the main point why Philippines ranked 4th as the most corrupt nation in ASIA PACIFIC.

It mean to say what the government of Aling Gloria alledgely doing is natural for Filipinos as well as for the Philippines?

I am strongly opposing that view. If that belief will not be change by the incoming President and will maintain the foot steps of Aling Gloria then its not surprising in an expanse of 5 or 10 years Philippines could overtaken Indonesia in the top spot as the most corrupt country in ASIA.

So it’s too important for all of us to take this matter seriously and utilize our power and common senses in the coming national election. Choose the best among our presidentiables.

Because the belief of Deputy presidential spokeperson Gary Olivar of the palace caught my attention that corruption is in our habit.

To say corruption is part of Philippines culture was a wake call for all of us to reject this work is a common system in the Philippine government.

Correct me in my interpretation. That belief was a crooked one.
