Reference to news of drought in RP, please advise the government to get technology from the Middle East about desalination (converting salt water to fresh water). RP is surrounded by water and I can’t imagine it is suffering from drought. In the Middle East it is their source of water and so many Filipinos are working in their desalination plants.

 

Aside from solving water problems, this will provide employment for lots of Filipinos. As for budget, why not use the billions allotted for election equipment and manualize the elections.
