While watching the TV PATROL WORLD, SNN & BANDILA thru TFC KO, halos sumpungin ulit ang puso ko (heart failure disease) sa mga nakikita ko.....sa mga ginagawa ng mga PULIS sa mga kapatid ng namayapang si Mrs. Trina.

Again, "MY SYMPATHY CONDOLENCES" to the family of Mr. Ted Failon.

Please relay my condolence to the family of Mr. Ted Failon. I was watching your news info on line and observe a lot of human rights violations when the PNP arrested the in-laws of Mr. Failon. 

 

In my experience in law enforcement in the US, military and civilian community, the victim and/or the suspect is innocent until proven guilty in the court of law. It looks like they arrested the people without warrant. They violated the civil rights of these people and CHR of the Philippines should get   involved in this case. Shame on the PNP and the Arroyo admin.

 

 

Nakikiramay po kami kay sir Ted Failon, nakakalungkot po. Sana po ay maayos na po itong problemang ito.

 

 

Hi I’m the one of your TFC subscriber here in Europe at lagi ko pong sinusubaybayan ang TV Patrol and all of your ABS programs. Meron lang po akong kaunting comments about the case of Failon’s family.

 

It’s about all the police who picked up the family members of the victims.

 

I was not happy to see the video of how the police violently arrested the family members in the middle of their burden. This is not a proper way to arrest people, whether they are guilty or not.

 

This is truly a violation and ipinapakita talaga nila how arrogant they are.instead they have make it calm down the situation they make it worst! They should respect the law (and especially the family) on how to arrest.

 

Porque police sila they are the right ones! I don’t want to say a hate word but when I saw this video its really embarrassing. Police pa naman silang naturingan and the worst is they are not wearing their uniforms!

 

It’s just a comment at mabuhay po ang kapamilya

 

 

I sympathized with his daughter, she's absolutely right. Bakit ang mga pulis ay huli nang huli without collecting all the evidence and with the investigation still on-going why do they judge so quickly, arresting Ted's relatives without any warrant.

 

Etong mga pulis na to hindi sumusunod o walang steps with it comes to solving the problem.

 

No wonder our justice system is bulag at bingi at minsan inosenting tao nakukulong dahil sa lack of time in solving the crime. Napaka judgemental -- on the spot they said obstruction of justice (OOJ).

 

Please define OOJ? Meron ba tayong processo bago natin sabihing OOJ? Meron ba ang pulis na strong evidence na nagpapatunay na OOJ nga? C'mon! One day pa lang ang incident all of a suddent they came-out with OOJ malaking kalokohan ito sa side ng mga pulis at investigador.

 

 

Una po sa lahat taos puso po ako na nakikiramay sa pamilya po ni Mr.Ted Failon. I just want to say na hindi po tama ung mga pinagagagawa nila sa pamilya ni Mr. Ted Failon kitang-kita naman po natin na hindi po umiiral ang tamang proseso ng mga kapulisan natin. 

 

While watching the video na nakunan sa bahay ni Mr.Ted Failon and sa New Era Hospital ay sapilitan po nilang hinuhuli ang mga kasamahan ni Mr Ted sa bahay at ang kapatid po ni Ms.Trina na pawang mga inosente (sa paniniwala po namin dito) at ang isa sa mga susi sa katotohanan. 

 

Lalo na po ung maangas na hepe ng QCPD sa paniniwala ko ay gumaganti sila kay Mr.Ted dahil sa naganap din na incidente na Shoot out nun posible din po un, at ung mga ibang banat din po ni mr.Ted sa kanila pag naghahatid balita yan po ung mga posibleng bagay. huli sila ng huli mg walang warant tama ba un? kahit pa sabihin mong arresting officer ka kung wala ka naman warant bakit mo huhulihin ung tao? napaka O.A nila sa case ni Mr.Ted akala mo kung tratuhin nila ung tao parang hard killer, at mukhang c Mr.Ted lang ata ang pinaWatch List nila sa immigration, isa pa yan c Gonzales (whew! sus-maryosep!)bakit nya kakasuhan ang PAO? wala nanaman sa lugar c pekeng chip justice, basta grabe tlga ung ginawa nila kay mr. Ted hindi makatao...tsuk!

 

 

Pwede bang iparating ninyo ang aking simpatia sa ginawa ng mga PNP sa pamilya ni Ted Failon, masakit para sa akin bilang isang ordinaring Pilipino ang ginawa nila sa pamilya ni Ted Failon, para sa akin nabubuhay nanaman ang berdugo at dumadami sila.

 

Kung nagawa nila kay Ted yan. Hindi kataka-taka gagawin nila paulit-ulit yan sa ating mamayan. Kawawang Juan De la Cruz, langit na lang ang pag-asa.
