This is truly a huge mistake, in any views you look at his point on the video still Sen. Villar has a conflict of interest. He violated that rules and he should be investigated and resign in his post as a senator or even impeach once found guilty. He obviously used his influence to make profit from the project his company was involved and his property as well.
