RE: Why TIM quit as Smartmatic’s partner in the poll automation

It does look like money or somebody with money entered the scene and intentionally derailed the fast and easy canvassing of votes in 2010 poll.

Is it true TIM is extorting half billion pesos from Smartmatic and when the demand was refused it quit to sponsor the next election by using counting machines?

Or has somebody offered the same amount and doubled it just for TIM not to participate anymore in the automation poll set to be held in May 2010.

Nakapagtataka naman, gayong halos tapos na ang usapan tapos biglang umatras.

Then COMELEC can file charges against TIM for not fulfilling its commitment to the COMELEC as winner in the bidding.

Or replace TIM with another company who is interested in the contract. That's the only way to proceed with automating the polls.
