Why it is hard to catch Bravo and Kato
I was watching the evening news and I feel sorry for our kababayans in Mindanao who are affected by the war, which I feel, should not have happened if that someone in Malacañang would have thought of the people's welfare first before her ambition. I fully support the government soldiers' efforts in bringing the MILF commanders to justice, dead or alive.
My question is: How can the govt. troops catch them if their exact locations (even strategies) were fully broadcasted around the world live on TV? All their spies have to do is sit down and watch TV and relay (even just SMS) the location of the troops. "The troops are in the east, so we go around and head west". "Hard to seek if you know where to hide".
Can't the camera man show the background a little more blurred so as not to give away their location? Can't the reporter just focus on the efforts but not revealing the tactical zoning strategies? The commanders would even gladly explain what and where they will go next. And all the people in the world listened!
I praise the bravery of your reporters but please, if you want the govt to succeed, be careful in giving away the location of the troops to the enemies. Your camera is helping Bravo and Kato.
