Nadia Montenegro On Cristy Fermin
I watched portion of the interview by Boy Abunda with Nadia Montenegro in the show The Buzz. I also read the story at www.abs-cbnnews.com. I truly believe that Nadia is telling the truth about Cristy.
My opinion is with the kind of character that Cristy has shown now and in the past, Boy Abunda should say something to the ABS-CBN management that a person like Cristy Fermin doesn't deserve to be a staff in that talk show. Boy should not be playing deaf.
That is why I like Willie Revillame. If he doesn't like what he sees in his staff at WOWOWIE, he will speak his mind. Boy you should not play politics. YOU should fire Cristy from your show. I know no one is perfect but your show doesn't need Cristy Fermin.
I'll be one of the TFC subscribers here in California that will stop watching your show if Cristy remains in your show. Thank you.

To all management levels of The Buzz, ABS-CBN, and TFC:
I am a TFC Subscriber who has lived here in the US for 18 years and have been a regular viewer of TFC. I have watched and enjoyed all of your programs and have listened to all your reports with trust and an open mind.
Just a few minutes ago, I watched Boy Abunda's interview with Nadia Montenegro and as always, I kept an unbiased, objective perspective of her side. However, much to my dismay and loss of respect, Boy Abunda read Christy's reply minutes after the interview, and I could not believe the tone and terminology that Christy Fermin used. My adult children always listen to your show and as much as they try to translate Tagalog words, I refused to take it upon myself to translate the words that Christy said. Her reply redeemed and fully validated Nadia.
However, I would like to question the management's take on this. Christy Fermin is one of your hosts and represents the dignity of your show and ABS-CBN's company. Christy's words were inhumane. How could you allow this low blow to humanity come from one of your very own? I am struck with disgust. I am filled with anger and dismay and I cannot sit here and shrug this off my shoulder. I need to be heard and I want to make sure that I am heard.
Please print and give a copy of my email to Christy Fermin, Boy Abunda, and all management of The Buzz. I also want to make sure that the management of ABS-CBN, especially Charo Santos-Concio, hear my feedback.
I went to school with the Concio's at Maryknoll HS and with Vince Concio at Ateneo. I graduated with Bill Velasco, the Hontiveros, Midas Marquez and his wife, Sec. Arthur Yap, etc. I could take all these routes to find my way to reach Charo, but for now I will see if the email systems I am using will take me to the people I am trying to reach.
Christy can say whatever she wants, but it is the role of a moral management and a company with respect and dignity to stand for decency. This alone could be reason good enough for me and my friends and families to switch to GMA.
