Plan to fund public schools, health from text messages money backed

I read this article and was troubled at how congress doesn’t have any common sense. Allocating a percentage of text fee would mean that telecom companies will pass on the extra burden to consumers.

Don't get me wrong, I would love for our education and health care system to improve but not at this way. Come on, if we were able to remove corruption from the departments, the allocation would surely be enough! No need to pull funds from other sources!

Tanggalin n’yo ang mga magnanakaw na yan at nang mabigyan ng tamang serbisyo ang publiko! Increasing funding will just lead to increased corruption!

May high official nga ng DepEd dito sa Cavite ang nakapagpatayo ng bahay salamat sa pagnanakaw. Officials are so worried about brain drain, but it can't be helped if what the Filipino youth are seeing everyday is these govt officials robbing public funds.

Why work here and see such abuse being made while you can earn more and reap the benefits of good governance...
