These are the favorite words of the palakpak boys everytime their boss is about to face charges due to irregularities since Jan. 20, 2001.
Kesyo wala daw malakas na batayan para maalis sa puesto ang kanilang magaling na ma'am kasi panay ang dating ng grasya sa kanila tuwing ipinaglalaban nila ang kanilang amo. Samantalang ang mga mamamayan puro disgrasya ang inaabot.
The immunity surfaced anew when former senator Jovito Salonga filed a complaint against Aling Gloria because of the cancelled and favorite topics of the Filipinos to discuss because of its controversiality – the NBN deal with the Chinese contractor.
Press Secretary Jesus Dureza said this case will not move because of lack of evidence. The Secretary might be correct, but former Senator Salonga as a lawyer knows Aling Gloria is involved in this issue considering that she knows it was already flawed (ZTE-NBN) and yet she approved the deal and went to China to witness the signing.
That matter is enough to implicate the name of Aling Gloria in that attempt at corruption. Imagine doubling the price so they can divide the excess among themselves.
What I said yesterday, you will not become rich or you won’t have millions of money in banks it you will be an angel while in power.
Name a politician in the Philippines and check their bank accounts, it's full of Juan dela Cruz’ money. For example Aling Gloria? Is she a businesswoman and if so why does she have plenty of money in banks when in fact her salary is only P50,000 a month. And where does her money come from? This the question. Or where does her son’s millions come from when in fact he is just a neophyte congressman.
The wealth of these persons is really like a wild mushroom that will grow everywhere.
Yan palang dapat magtaka na tayo. Now how he became a millionaire in just a matter of two years?
Ako nga labing walo taon na sa abroad mahirap pa rin kayod marino pa yun ha. While Rep. Mike Arroyo in just 48 months is now a millionaire.
How come?
