I am curious about the real and true financial status of Phil. Deposit Insurance Corp. since we the depositors of the now closed WINBANK had not received our claim since the bank went under receivership since May 2009.

 

As we are from the flood stricken Province of Bulacan, we urgently need our hard earned money be given back at these very hard times.

 

I personally came to their office last Oct. 22 to verify when are they really going to grant our claim only to find out that there a lot of other depositors fuming in anger at their so called " help desk " at the 4th floor of PDIC office in Ayala, Makati. Their claim, which dates even beyond a year or so still remains unsettled.
