Bakit sa Pinas lang taas ng taas? Dito (Japan) yes last year but now stable na eh -- tumaas man mamera na lang, sa atin barya talaga per liter. Wala naman ding stock ng oil sa Japan, sa Dubai lang oo super dami kaya mayaman sila.
