The problem in our political system is there are multi-party system that the person who gets elected for the president don't even get more than 50% of the popularity vote compared here in America.

There is no limit to campaign spending. But the major problem is poor people are being exploited.

I realized there used to be a term vote buying but now I see that there is more of vote selling. Poor voting people are being influenced by the fact everytime a rich candidate is campaigning you could see the poor people wearing new t-shirt and perhaps given an allowance just to be there.

It is not that they wanted to be there but the opportunity of having money and being brain washed that this is the kind of life you will experince when the candidate you are cheering wins the election. WRONG! after they got elected then it is time to get back the money they have invested and more.

People need not sell there votes – it is time to vote for someone whom they could trust and WHO IS THAT? Pilipinos I feel have lost confidence in our goverment as politicians who have linked to corruption are not been prosecuted and that people in power are jockying in position to get the highest position to prevent them from being the target .

It is time that politicians set an example to the people that justice still exist in our country for as long as corruption exist in our country the pilipino people , the poor , will continue to be poor and helpless.
