Reaction: Loren is likened to rape victim Nicole

I remember that Senator Loren Legarda was one of those politicians who condemned rape victim Nicole when this poor girl retracted her rape charge against US soldier Smith. Nicole argued that after some thoughts, she realized that she must have consented to Smith’s sexual advances.
So came a barrage of criticism against Nicole that she was paid and given a US visa to change her original complaint. Her story sounds familiar with the change of mind of Ms. Loren Legarda.
Why is she now joining the political candidacy of the very man she criticized in a hearing of his unethical use of power in the celebrated but still unclosed C-5 extension probe. How could this Vice-Presidential candidate just change such presumably well-thought out accusations?
Just like Nicole, it can only be for her political convenience. Now can a voter trust such a Vice-Presidential wannabe?
