Comelec's discrimination is clearly manifested in its decision in disqualifying Ladlad from participating in the partylist. The Comelec singled out Ladlad. Ladlad’s case number is 208. If there was no discrimination, why is it that there are still a lot of partylist applicants before Ladlad who up to now has not yet been decided by the Comelec?
Not to mention, the start of filing of manifestation to participate in the partylist will already start tomorrow, November 20. It is also possible that it will not only be Ladlad who will be victim of Comelec's discrimination since the Comelec does not want other party list group to appeal their decision, thus, they are not giving out decisions right now in order for this party list to have no time to appeal.
