I support the verdict given by the medicine board of PRC.   He should be stripped off of his license just as he stripped to the sound of ‘Careless Whisper.’

 

The charge: immorality.

 

His counsel would like to appeal because it was not Hayden who distributed to public the video. Perhaps, his counsel needs a refresher's course.

 

Distribution of video is not the issue. It is the multiple acts of sex with women outside marriage - to his employer, Vicky Belo, to his client and patients, Katrina Halili, Maricar Reyes and the like.

 

Immorality is the issue, not the illegal distribution of pirated CDs.

 

The video coverage of his sexual escapades, with consent or without consent, compounded the gravity of his offense. He is not mentally fit!

 

The lives, reputation and private parts of the patients should not be placed under the eyes and hands of a pervert and a self-confessed drug-user - who happens to be a professional doctor, Dr. Jeckle and Mr. Hyde(n).
