Actually, I was on my way home when I witnessed the tragedy. The major fault was with the driver on the other side of the lane, he tried to run and overcome red light on his lane but unfornately he strucked a car from moving lane on the other side. His car moved upward and landed on the top of the car driven by our kababayan. Our kababayan are about to move forward because the lights turned green.
It happened in a well lighted and traffic controlled intersection.

In Saudi Arabia! Most of the people from this region had been raised in a cultural atmosphere that close thier eyes to AGGRESSIVE DRIVING, they even encourage competition behind the wheel and mostly for them it promotes a sense of entitlement about the right to drive the way they want. They disregard the facts that speeding is a killer and also for them it promotes the idea of territorial freedom around the vehicle as a their private castle.
To my fellow Filipinos here and around the world, let's keep in mind that being a safe and responsible driver takes a combination of knowledge, skill and attitude. Sharing the road is necessary in order to keep traffic moving safely. Please drive safely.
proper distance in driving
When driving vehicle it requires the driver of being always on the qui vive for keeping a safe distance to the vehicle right ahead.
When keeping a proper distance, it will give the driver the ability to overtake the car in-front in a safely manner without abrupt change in driving speed and most of all it will prevent in bumping somebody’s car in case of abrupt deceleration in speed of the car in front.
