Fil-Am kid tagged as next Bruno Mars
MANILA – A 10-year old Filipino kid is now being tagged as the next "Bruno Mars" because of his talent in singing.
Sam Santiago is among future talented stars of 2013 of The Maury Show in America.
The fifth grader started singing at age 2. He has since been on three different television shows and won some awards.
He was also invited to sing the national anthem at baseball and basketball games in the US.
Santiago likes to perform songs by Bruno Mars and the late king of pop, Michael Jackson.
The boy who describes himself as a normal kid on The Maury Show said he likes to play basketball and video games when he is not singing.
Santiago is now calling for support and prayers after he was invited to join the The Voice US Kids edition.
He also made a request to his idol, Bruno Mars.
"Consider me having a duet with you please," he said.
