HOLLYWOOD, California – Even for Hollywood celebrities, making New Year's resolutions and listing down plans for the upcoming year is a must.

“My resolution for New Year, just to remain happy and blessed and improve my relationship with my family," actress Vivica Fox said.

"I'm going to start focusing on my album. I've been doing a lot of TV appearances and just getting my name out. It's about who you know and timing. It's about the music so I'm going to go out there and make some music and see what happens," said "American Idol" alumnus Stefano Langone.

CNN talk show host Piers Morgan shared his plan in 2012 to pursue his dream interviews, such as with US President Barack Obama.

"I'd love to interview him (Obama). And Jack Nicholson, still eludes me. So if they're watching, Mr. President, Jack, now's the time,” Morgan said.

"CSI: Miami" star Emily Procter said that in 2012, she plans to get her favorite comedian, Ricky Gervais, on her show.

“[He would play the role of] my dad. My dad would have to be a fake one and Ricky would be my real biological parent," she said.

US-based Filipino and Filipino-American celebrities also have big plans and resolutions in 2012.

"I'll be working on a side project, a solo album and also I got a campaign called ‘We Can Be Anything' and the focus is building extra classrooms because there's a shortage of classrooms in the Philippines. I want to improve the education as the ambassador for education,” apl.de.ap of The Black Eyed Peas said.

“Probably to stop procrastinating so much. If I need to get it done, I just need to get it done," said actress Nicole Anderson.

As for singer Jasmine Villegas, she said: "I think my New Year's resolution would have to be to stop being so negative on myself and to start to be more positive."

"Ang career plans ko po sa 2012, dahil tapos na ako sa kolehiyo, I have to find a real job! I had so much fun in college. I have things lined up but more on production and producing side. I'm producing a documentary for the Basco brothers which is taking place in the Philippines," shared actress G Toengi.

"If anything, gusto ko ng mas sane na buhay, hindi 'yung buhay is in charge of me. How do I do that? Very carefully," said singer Martin Nievera.
