Cop tests slug in Stephanie Nicole killing
A member of the Philippine National Police crime laboratory conducts a ballistic test on a .45 caliber slug found in the vicinity where 7-year-old Stephanie Nicole Ella was hit by a stray bullet on New Year's eve in Caloocan city. Ella died a day later after slipping into a coma.
