U.S. Navy salvage assessment team members board the stern on Wednesday of the USS Guardian, which ran aground on Tubbataha Reef on January 17. The U.S. Navy sent a team to the area and is now coordinating with the Philippine Coast Guard and Navy for the extraction of the ship.
