President Aquino exchanges pleasantries with Ms. Universe 2012 1st runner-up Janine Mari Tugonon during a courtesy call at Malacañan Palace on Wednesday. Tugonon, who came close to winning the 61st Miss Universe Pageant last year in Las Vegas, is fulfilling her duties to promote the pageant.
